We evaluate your mobility and stability throughout to ensure that dysfunctions that cause pain can also be appropriately corrected. In the active and athletic population, the root of these dysfunctions can sometimes be hidden. However, at Momentous, we pride ourselves on the comprehensive approach that we take to eliminate your pain and get you back to doing the things you love most.

Dr. Jane Kruszewski graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Michigan where she worked with many of the sports teams there, including football, women’s soccer, softball, volleyball, men’s tennis, and track and field. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at George Washington University. She has experience working with high school and collegiate athletes, the Marine Corps, the Navy, and people at all levels of activity.

Growing up playing softball, soccer, basketball, and volleyball, Dr. Kruszewski has always been very active and currently weight lifts and has recently started training in martial arts (brazilian jiujitsu, krav maga, muay thai). She is certified in Level 1 and 2 Functional Dry Needling, is a certified level 1 Pilates reformer instructor, a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, and has her MMACC (mixed martial arts conditioning certification).

In her spare time she loves to cook, work out, and spend time with her husband Jack and their dog and cat, Josie and Nia.

Dr. Margaret Pittman completed her undergraduate work at Towson University with a double major in Exercise Science and Spanish. She then moved to Los Angeles to pursue her Doctorate degree in physical therapy at the top-ranked University of Southern California. The desire to be close to her family summoned her back to the East Coast where she has worked as a licensed PT in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

In 2013, Dr. Pittman completed an Orthopedic Residency and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist which allowed her to further develop her passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan. Over the last 11+ years, Dr. Pittman has practiced in orthopedic/sport, neurologic, and inpatient PT settings, and her areas of expertise include manual therapy, running assessment, movement analysis, custom orthotic casting, and myofascial trigger point dry needling (Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist/CMTPT)

Dr. Pittman enjoys treating patients of all demographics including professional athletes such as MLB players, pro tennis players, triathletes, elite ballerinas, and collegiate football and track and field athletes. She excels at treating ACL reconstruction, fractures, hip FAI debridement, rotator cuff repair/Bankart/SLAP repair, TBI/concussion, and lumbopelvic/SIJ dysfunction.

She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at George Washington University which allows her to give back to the profession through teaching and mentoring.

Dr. Pittman’s favorite pastimes include spending time with her family, enjoying music and photography, and traveling.

Dr. Tim Vidale is the CEO of Momentous Sports Medicine and the former Physical Therapist and Assistant Rehab Coordinator for the Minnesota Twins. Dr. Vidale serves as the team Physical Therapist for the USA Softball National team and was part of the Team USA medical staff at the 2015 Pan American Games. He was a Division I, 400M hurdler and decathlete at Florida A&M University and graduated with his DPT from Rutgers University. He earned his MBA from George Washington University and is completing his FAAOMPT from the Institute for Athlete Regeneration. Dr. Vidale is a published author, with publications in internationally distributed text books and scholarly journals and is also a content reviewer for the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy. He specializes in sports injuries and sports performance and also performs Functional Dry Needling. Dr. Vidale currently serves as on the Nominating Committee for both the AASPT and FSBPT. He formerly served as Chairman on the State Board of Physical Therapy for Washington, DC and is also involved in PPS, AAPT and ACSM.
